General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation and Provision of Additional Services at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex

These general terms and conditions (GTC), subject to amendment, apply directly or indirectly to all services provided by Florimont Heights Apartment Complex, including reservations made through the hotel website and partners of the apartment complex. You can familiarize yourself with them online, via mobile devices, on site, by email or by phone. By requesting a reservation for accommodation and/or provision of an additional service at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex and by browsing and using our website, regardless of the platform, including those of tour agents, tour operators and partners of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex (hereinafter referred to as the "website"), you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the rules and conditions set out below.

Request

By submitting a reservation request and its confirmation by Florimont Heights Apartment Complex, a contract arises between us and you, which is regulated by the terms and conditions set forth in these GTC, and in case of gaps, the relevant Bulgarian legislation applies.

To make a reservation, you must provide your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

Before submitting a Reservation Request, it is the user's responsibility to familiarize yourself with the General Terms and Conditions for Reservation of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex. The user must agree and accept these terms. If he does not accept the General Terms and Conditions for Accommodation in Florimont Heights Apartment Complex, his request will not be considered.

through a tour operator, travel agent or other partner on site at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex. A reservation for accommodation is considered guaranteed if it is paid in advance for at least 30% of the amount by bank transfer, credit card or in cash at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex.

Accommodation at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex is made by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the client who made the reservation, a document proving the payment of the advance amount and a confirmation or accommodation voucher.

Billing

We do not add additional (reservation) fees to the room price and do not charge your personal credit/debit card, as you pay directly to the virtual POS terminal of the Bank that has provided a virtual POS terminal to Florimont Heights Apartment Complex.

We do not require your credit or debit card details to guarantee your reservation. Our system redirects you to a virtual POS terminal of DSK Bank AD, which has provided a virtual POS terminal to Florimont Heights Apartment Complex.

After you have confirmed your desired service on the website, you yourself send your credit or debit card details directly to DSK Bank AD, which carries out the prepayment.

The payment is processed securely by a third party (DSK Bank AD) and is transferred directly from your bank account to the bank account of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex. It does not make, accept or process payments, it is done via the Bank's virtual POS terminal.

In case the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 30 days.

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex reserves the right to make adjustments to prices and conditions and in case the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria changes the current fees or imposes other regulatory changes.

Cancellation of reservation

Free cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 14 days before check-in without any penalties. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your reservation! For canceled reservations after this period, a penalty of 30% of the total amount is due.

No show – prepaid amounts are not refunded.

Early departure – the entire stay is invoiced.

Check-in and check-out

The check-in time at Florimont Heights Apartment Complex is after 3:00 PM. Any arrival before this time will be subject to availability. The check-out time for the reserved room is 11:00. Any check-out after the standard check-in time is subject to availability.

Late check-out after 11:00 must be requested in advance. It is confirmed by Florimont Heights Apartment Complex, if possible, and is charged additionally and is payable at the reception. For further information, please contact the reception or the reservations department directly.

Arrival and departure policy

Check-in time - after 15:00. Access to the rooms is only available subject to availability.

Check-in before 09:00 is subject to a fee of one night's stay, after 09:00 a fee of 50% / fifty percent / of the price for one night is charged.

Check-out time – 11:00 a.m. Guests who vacate their room between 11:00 and 18:00 pay an additional 50% / fifty percent / of the price per night for the respective room. Check-out after 18:00 is charged at the rate of one full night.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with Bulgarian law, Florimont Heights Apartment Complex adheres to a non-smoking policy in all internal parts of the complex, including: guest rooms, public areas and corridors. For guests who do not comply with our policy, a fine of 100.00 BGN is imposed, which each Guest, Client and Visitor of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex gives their unconditional consent to be added to the room bill or requested by the violator personally. The violator is also personally responsible for the administrative sanctions imposed by the competent authorities in connection with the violation.

Designated smoking areas are distributed within the open area of ​​Florimont Heights Apartment Complex.

General Rules of Conduct

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex reserves the right not to tolerate unacceptable noise levels or guest behavior. You are responsible for observing generally accepted standards of good behavior during your stay. In case of refusal to comply with the requirements, Florimont Heights Apartment Complex reserves the right to terminate the reservation without being liable for any refund or compensation.

It is the policy of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, religion, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability. Guests and employees are expected to adhere to this policy and the hotel reserves the right to remove from the hotel any person or persons who violate this policy.

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex is a pet-friendly establishment.

All costs for material damage to the hotel will be paid by the person causing the damage at market prices upon presentation of an invoice by the Hotel.

Limited Liability

Subject to the limitations set forth in these terms and conditions and to the law, we are only liable for direct damages incurred, paid or for which you are held liable as a result of our failure to fulfill our obligations in connection with the services offered by us on the website, up to the amount of the total amount of your reservation, as stated in the confirmation email.

However, neither we, nor any of our employees, directors, agents, or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise engaged in presenting the site and its content, shall be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss (1) or damages; (2) for any inaccuracy relating to the Bank's Virtual POS Terminal (including withholding funds from you due to unauthorized transactions resulting from making a reservation made on our site); for the services provided (3) offered by the Bank; for any (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (4) incurred by you, for which you are held liable or have paid, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website; for any (personal) injury, death, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (5) suffered or for which you are held liable or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches of duty, (general) default, willful misconduct, omissions, defaults, misrepresentations, violations of law or non-performance of direct obligations (in whole or in part) by the virtual POS terminal of the bank (its employees, directors, agents, representatives or distribution companies); including for any (even partial) force majeure circumstances or any other event beyond our control.

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex is not responsible for services outside the hotel that the client has purchased individually on site.

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, restaurants or pool, as well as for damage caused by third parties.

Amounts claimed, but not used in whole or in part for services due to the client's fault, are not refundable.

Complaints

All complaints related to the quality of the services provided by Florimont Heights Apartment Complex must be submitted by the client on site in order to eliminate the shortcomings. Submission

it is done in writing. In case the requirements are not met, the client must request a responsible person to draw up a protocol. Within 3 working days after its drawing up, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the Manager.

Intellectual property rights

The software necessary for the performance of our services or available for use on our website, as well as the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of the content and information or on the material on our website, are the property of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex, unless otherwise stated.

Florimont Heights Apartment Complex owns all rights to the content (including all intellectual property rights to) the interface (including the infrastructure) of the website on which the service is provided (including guest ratings and translation of the content) and you may not copy, (hyper-/deep) forward, publish, promote, sell, integrate and exploit in any way the content or our brand without our express written permission.

Guests and employees are expected to adhere to this policy and the hotel reserves the right to remove from the hotel any person or persons who have committed violations of this policy.

Pets are allowed on the territory of Florimont Heights Apartment Complex. All costs for material damage to the hotel are paid by the persons who caused them at market prices after providing an invoice from the Hotel.

Limited Liability

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we will only be liable for direct damages incurred, paid or for which you are held liable as a result of our failure to perform our obligations in connection with the services we offer on the website, up to the total amount of your booking as stated in the confirmation email.

However, neither we, nor any of our employees, managers, representatives or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting or otherwise dealing with the website and its content, shall be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss (1) or damages; (2) for any inaccuracy relating to the Bank's Virtual POS Terminal (including withholding funds from you due to unauthorised transactions resulting from a booking made on our website); for the services provided (3) offered by the Bank, for any (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (4) suffered by you for which you are held liable or have paid, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website; for any (personal) injury, death, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (5) suffered or for which you are held liable or have paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, non-compliance with obligations, (general) default, intentional crime, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, violation of law or failure to perform direct obligations (in whole or in part) by the virtual POS terminal of the bank (its employees, directors, agents, representatives or distribution companies); including for any (even partial) force majeure circumstances or any other event beyond our control.

The Landlord, as a personal data administrator, collects and processes certain information about individuals.

With your consent - for direct marketing of our products and services;
